CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte men's golf team put together an eight-over round of 296 to find themselves in a three-way tie for 10th after round one of the Tiger Invitational.
BOUCHER/GOUGH LEAD THE WAY
led the 49ers with an even par 72 in Sunday's opening round with finishing one shot back. Boucher drained three birdies, all on the front, for a 35 (-1) going out while Gough also knocked down three front side birdies in his 34 (-2).
WOODRUFF/OWNBEY ROUND OUT TEAM SCORING
fired a three-over 75 with two birdies, one on each side, while converted a birdie on the par five 12th for a 76 (+4) rounding out the Niners team scoring on the day.
