CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte men's golf finds themselves 11th overall after the first 36 holes of the John Hayt Invitational on Sunday afternoon.
OPENING ROUND
Ben Woodruff led the Niners in the opening 18 on Sunday with a one-under 71 closing with an eagle three on the par-five eighth. Woodruff also used four birdies over the first nine holes to get into red figures. Matt Sharpstene followed with a one-over 73 using three birdies, one on the front, two on the back, while John Gough was one shot behind shooting 74 (+2) with three of his own birdies.
