CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte's Katie Manring exploded offensively, collecting eight RBI on five hits; Lauren Riley tosses a complete-game shutout, as the 49ers split a midweek doubleheader with Campbell Thursday at Sue M. Daughtridge Stadium. Charlotte won the first contest 8-0 in six innings and dropped the second game 5-4.

Katie Manring drove in six of the eight runs scored by Charlotte (12-28, 3-12), going 4-for-4 with a home run and provided the game-ending double, lifting the 49ers 8-0 over Campbell (19-24, 9-9) in six innings.
