DALLAS – Charlotte senior Octavia Jett-Wilson used a career-high tying and Halton Arena-record 42-point performance Saturday to earn her second Conference USA co-Player of the Week nod, the league office announced Sunday evening ahead of the league's tournament this week. She previously captured the same award Feb. 15.

The Greenbelt, Maryland, native exploded for 42 points Saturday in the win over Florida Atlantic as the Niners closed regular-season action. The effort surpassed the previous venue mark by seven and she joined Kristin Wilson in 1986-87 as the only 49ers in school history with multiple 40-plus scoring games in the same season and in a career.
