Sixth grade.
That was the last time Mark Price coached his son, Hudson, in basketball. Now the head basketball coach at Charlotte, Price once again has the opportunity to tutor Hudson in the game they both love.
A lot has changed since Hudson was in the sixth grade. Along with growing, what he was playing for has also grown over time.
“There was obviously a lot less pressure because you weren’t really playing for anything important, but now you’re playing division one basketball so the stakes are a little higher. It’s a little different, but at the end of the day it’s still my dad,” Hudson said.
