CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The five-game homestand for the Charlotte women's soccer program, which will conclude the non-conference portion of its schedule, will continue at 7 p.m. Thursday when the 49ers play host to Appalachian State at Transamerica Field.
LOOKING FOR A REBOUND
Charlotte enters the matchup after dropping its first decision of the campaign, against No. 25 Wake Forest Sunday night. The 49ers have grabbed 12 wins in their next outings after a loss over the last three seasons (since 2016).
GETTING CHANCES
The Niners' offensive attack has reached double-digit shots in all three games thus far, led by 31 at Longwood August 30.
