Charlotte 49ers head coach Will Healy, who guided the 49ers to their first-ever bowl bid in December, has completed his full-time staff with the naming of Lee Grimes as Offensive Line Coach.
"We are thrilled that Lee is here," Healy said. "He's got a lot of big-time experience, including coaching and playing at Texas A&M. His energy and his passion will be a terrific fit with this staff and the culture that we are continuing to build here. I am eager to see how he continues to develop our offensive line group."
GRIMES BRINGS BIG-TIME EXPERIENCE
Grimes, who played briefly in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and San Diego Chargers, comes to the 49ers from his alma mater, Texas A&M, where he spent the last two years as offensive analyst.
