Dale F. Halton Arena, home of the Charlotte 49ers volleyball and basketball teams, will be receiving a new Daktronics Centerhung Video System for the 2016-2017 season, enhancing the fan experience from all corners of the arena.
“We are thrilled to enhance the atmosphere in Halton Arena and to deliver a larger-than-life in-game experience to Niner Nation,” said Charlotte’s Director of Athletics Judy Rose. “The state-of-the-art system that Daktronics has designed includes the latest technology available on displays that are nearly 150 percent larger.”
The new board will have four main LED displays, measuring more than nine feet high by 16.
