CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers had four players score in double-figures led by 26 points, but the 49ers (9-10, C-USA: 5-6) fell to the Old Dominion Monarchs (10-5, C-USA: 6-3) in a tightly contested game, 78-76, in overtime in Halton Arena.
Young scored a game-high 26 points. chipped in with 14 points. tallied 13 points off the bench. rounded out the 49ers double-figure scorers with 10 points.
