General will call is located at the Jerry Richardson Stadium Ticket Office adjacent to Gate 1. General will call will open two hours prior to kick off and will close at the end of halftime. Tickets for Charlotte 49ers player and coach guests, recruits and prospects, and high school coaches are also near Gate 1 next to the ticket office and will be available an hour and a half prior to kick off until the end of halftime. Tickets and entry for visiting team guests are at Gate 3 and will be available an hour and a half prior to kick off through halftime.
