CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Riley Felts, Rachel Bartolomeo and Terrell Adams each performed to the level of champions, earning the gold in their respective events during the third day of the 2019 Air Force Reserve Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the Irwin Belk Track and Field Center on Saturday.

Heading into the final day of competition of the 2019 Conference USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, the Charlotte men hold a commanding lead of the field. With Adams' gold medal in the men's discus and other multiple podium finishes, the 49ers lead with 67 total team points; pacing Rice, UTEP and UTSA, who have 37 apiece and Middle Tennessee with 36.
