Charlotte 49ers women's track & field pole vaulter, Riley Felts, continue to be recognized as she earned CoSIDA Third-Team Academic All-America honors on Thursday afternoon selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
The junior native from Matthews, N.C., who's currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree with minor in mathematics, holds a perfect 4.00 GPA. She is the ninth women's track & field student-athlete to earn Academic All-America honors since Lamarra Currie in 2008.
Felts, a three-time Conference USA Indoor Track and Field Pole Vault Champion, keeps raking in accolades. She was named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team and earned a spot on the U.
