Fernando Sosa enjoyed a record setting career for the Charlotte 49ers in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Sosa (1978-81) was a three-time All-Sun Belt Conference selection who played an integral role as the 49ers men’s soccer program began their rise to national prominence.
