CHARLOTTE, N.C. – History was made yet again within the No. 47 Charlotte women's tennis program Sunday but the 49ers were unable to hold off a singles rally by visiting Florida Atlantic in dropping a 4-2 decision between the two Conference USA schools at the Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex.
NO. 1 DOUBLES BECOMES NO. 1
On their way to taking the doubles point, the first contest to finish was on the No. 1 court as the sophomore duo of Kaavya Sawhney and Ruxi Schech handed Radka Buzkova and Martina Kudelova a 6-3 setback.
