CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte women's tennis program, under the direction of first-year head coach and alum Anthony Davison, will hit the competition courts for the first time this fall with a split squad participating in two different tournaments.
A handful of 49ers will travel to Charleston, South Carolina, for the CSU Invitational. The tournament, play hosted by the Buccaneers, will be held Friday and Saturday with other teams including College of Charleston and Georgia Southern. All matches will be played at the Buccaneer Tennis Complex.
Another set of Charlotte players will travel across town to the Queens Invitational, play hosted by Queens.
