Charlotte, N.C. – Sophomore guard Jon Davis was named College Sports Madness Conference USA Player of the Week for the second time this season after his performances last week in Charlotte wins over Appalachian State, James Madison and Oregon State. He was named College Sports Madness C-USA Player of the Week (Monday, November 21) after his performances in Charlotte victories over Elon and East Carolina.
For the week, he averaged 21 points, 4.0 assists and 2.3 rebounds while leading the 49ers to victories over Appalachian State (80-72), James Madison (65-56) and Oregon State (69-66).
