Cold Shooting Night at Wichita State Leads to Loss

WICHITA, Kan. – Playing on the road for the second straight game and the eighth time in 11 contests, Charlotte Men's Basketball fell to 7-11 overall and 0-5 in the American Athletic Conference following Tuesday evening's (Jan. 14) 68-59 loss to Wichita State (11-6, 1-3) at Charles Koch Arena.

"You got to have the discipline and toughness to make the right plays over a 40-minute period of time, and we just didn't," said Charlotte Head Men's Basketball Coach Aaron Fearne. "We had a patch there in the second half where we got really loose, and they come down and make us pay.
