Alex Highsmith started his collegiate career as a walk-on. Cam Clark enjoyed his first winning football season of high school and college as a collegiate senior. Benny LeMay waited patiently for his starring role in the 49ers backfield.
Now all three have a chance to see their NFL dreams come true.
The trio displayed their talents to NFL coaches and scouts at the 2020 East-West Shrine Bowl and the 2020 NFL Combine. The next step takes place this week.
The 2020 NFL Draft will be held Thursday-Saturday, Apr. 23-25.
