MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – Charlotte women's soccer continued its strong representation on the All-North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association accolades by placing multiple players on the 2018 two teams, it was announced Monday by the state organization. It marks the sixth-straight season in which more than one 49ers player earned the honor, as three Niners were voted by the state's sports information directors.
Representing Charlotte this season are first-team selections Megan Greene and Riley Orr, while Julia Grainda was tabbed to the second team.
Greene earned her third-straight first-team plaudit after an All-Conference USA First Team campaign in which she led the 49ers with eight goals, five assists, 21 points and 68 shots.
