Box Score CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers (5-3) won on all courts to defeat North Carolina Central (0-1) on Saturday by a score of 7-0 at LifeTime Fitness in south Charlotte.
"We've been trying to really focus on doubles and solidifying that," head coach Kyle Bailey said.

Due to NC Central only bringing five players, the number three doubles win was given to Charlotte as a win-by-default. At number one doubles, Charlotte's Ben Wayand and Cole Brainard won their second doubles match of the weekend, defeating NC Central's Amit Baran and Miles Clark, 6-2.
