CHARLOTTE – American Athletic Conference play begins on Sunday inside Halton Arena when Charlotte Women's Basketball welcomes the UTSA Roadrunners to campus who concluded the non-conference slate with a league best 9-2 record.

"After the loss to Davidson to send us into Christmas break, I told the team to go home with their heads held high," said head coach Tomekia Reed. "We were able to spend time with our families and now must come back ready to begin AAC play. We must leave that loss in the past and continue to believe in ourselves against a talented UTSA squad.
