CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte 49ers women's soccer team opens American Athletic Conference play on Thursday evening (Sept. 12) against South Florida at 7 p.m. from Transamerica Field.
The match is Charlotte's (1-5-2) Pups at the Pitch night, where dogs are welcome to join their humans in the stands. Fans will need to sign a waiver to bring their dog into the stadium, which will be available at the front entrance. Dog bags will also be given away as part of Pups at the Pitch.
SCOUTING THE BULLS
South Florida (4-1-1) only has one loss on the year and it came in the season opener to top-ranked Florida State.
