CLINTON, S.C. – Charlotte women’s tennis continued its early-season success Thursday afternoon, handing Presbyterian its first loss of the campaign in a 7-0 Niners victory in Clinton, South Carolina. The 49ers have lost just one match in their first-two contests of the campaign thus far.
“Today was another great team win,” head coach Michaela Gorman said. “I’m very proud of the way the team battled in doubles and singles.”
Charlotte (2-0) clinched the doubles point for the second-straight match with the No. 1 and No. 3 duos taking victories against the Blue Hose.
