CHARLOTTE — Education Day represented a chance for Charlotte to take advantage of.
Various schools from the area loaded Halton Arena to witness the 49ers' 55-47 over Winthrop in Monday's matinee. It marked the second consecutive game with schools in attendance after their trip to Mercer last week for the same event.
Charlotte has learned a lot about itself since Tomekia Reed took over as head coach.
