CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte women's basketball and head coach Cara Consuegra have announced the addition of Mikayla Boykin to the 49ers' roster for the 2020-21 as a transfer from Duke. Boykin, a Clinton, North Carolina, native, will have two years of eligibility remaining with the Niners.

"We just incredibly thrilled to bring Mikayla into our program," Consuegra said. "It's not often that we get the opportunity to bring in a former Miss Basketball in the state of North Carolina, one of the most highly-decorated players prep athletes to come out of North Carolina.
