CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers baseball team will welcome the Georgia Bulldogs out of the SEC for a midweek, two-game series beginning on Tuesday night at BB&T Ballpark in Uptown Charlotte. The first of three Uptown games for the Niners will begin at 6:05 p.m. while the series-finale will take place at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday inside Hayes Stadium.
“We’re really, really happy the Charlotte Knights are allowing us play at BB&T Ballpark again,” remarked Head Coach Loren Hibbs. “We’re really happy that Georgia agreed to play us a couple of times when it’s hard to get a SEC team to play on the road.
