BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Charlotte baseball dropped both ends of a Friday doubleheader at WKU by the finals of 8-4 and 8-5. The Niners responded in game one with a big inning of their own and had multiple chances late in game two, but couldn't cash in with a big hit.
"It's tough to play up hill," began Head Coach Loren Hibbs. "We have to do a better job of finding more consistency moving forward. We had at-bats we didn't need to have. WKU played really well tonight and we didn't play up to the standard we needed to.
