CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte's offense exploded for 10 runs in the middle innings en route to a 10-8 series-sweeping victory over St. John's on Sunday afternoon. The Niners now sits at 8-4 on the year while the Red Storm fall to 3-6.
"It came down to the very last pitch today," began Head Coach Robert Woodard. "There were no easy outs today. I'm really happy for our guys who fought hard from start to finish. It came from everybody today. It took everybody and to win a series like this."
