CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers baseball team, in conjunction with the Charlotte Knights, have added a second game to be played at BB&T Ballpark in 2017. The March 21st contest against Wake Forest moves from Hayes Stadium on campus to the four-year old facility Uptown which will be played a week prior to the annual "Uptown Showdown" vs. N.C. State on March 28th. Both games will be played at 7:05 p.m. pushed back from 6:05 p.m. to allow fans more time to arrive at BB&T Ballpark.
