A Community of Fond Memories

Dark moments make the light feel greater.

Mobility was a problem, and multiple doctor’s words did little to comfort Alessandro Negri.

A torn ACL in his knee was repaired, but scar tissue made it feel like nothing had been fixed. Walking was difficult, much less cutting and dribbling on a pitch. A third-team finish on the All-CUSA list gave way to two years without soccer.
