ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- After the showstopping display by the offense of Charlotte Men's Soccer last Friday, the 49ers defense delivered a stout performance Tuesday night (Oct. 1) to help secure the 0-0 draw on the road against Saint Louis (3-2-4) in non-conference action.
The Charlotte defense stood tall against a lot of pressure from the Billikens as Saint Louis dominated possession and had several dangerous looks inside the box. At every turn, the Niners were there to tackle, block, and clear their way out of trouble.
