CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte baseball will put a bow on its season-long five-game homestand with a 6:00 p.m. contest against North Carolina A&T on Tuesday night. The Niners look for revenge Tuesday as the Aggies won a 6-5 ballgame back on March 7th in Greensboro.
Charlotte (17-15) put an end to a five-game losing streak on Sunday in emphatic fashion scoring 10 runs in the bottom of the first en route to an 11-5 win over Florida Atlantic. The Niners were able to bat around in the first frame without recording an out. T.J. Nichting got the scoring going with a RBI single to left before Zach Jarrett brought in a run with his bases loaded walk.
