CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A pair of in-state products will join the Charlotte 49ers volleyball team in the fall of 2017 as the newest members of the program. Alex Boone from the western part of North Carolina and Sydney Rowan from High Point will join each other in Charlotte next fall after signing their National Letters of Intent (NLI).
"Our 2017 class is skilled, bright and ready to impact the program," began Head Coach Karen Weatherington. "Our goal when arriving at Charlotte is to build a program that could compete with the best in Conference USA.
