CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers softball team officially announced the addition of transfer Lindsey Walljasper after playing at the University of Nebraska.
The junior from Manteca, California is a right-handed pitcher and utility who has three years of eligibility left. She is coming to Charlotte having accumulated a career batting average with the Huskers of .264 over 182 at-bats. Walljasper tallied seven home runs, 35 RBIs and 11 doubles in her career.
She also carries a career ERA of 4.87 and gained 15 wins in 44 appearances in the circle. In 151.0 innings pitched, she collected 129 strikeouts, five complete games and a save.
