Charlotte, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers (12-7), who have won six of their last eight matches, are seeded sixth in this week’s Conference USA Tournament, April 22-24 at Rice University’s George R. Brown Tennis Center in Houston, Texas. The 49ers play third-seed Middle Tennessee in the quarterfinals, Friday, April 22 at 11 am. Charlotte defeated Middle Tennessee, 4-2, in quarterfinals of last season’s Conference USA Tournament.
“All of the hard work our guys have put in has lead up to the Conference USA Tournament,” Charlotte coach Jesse Tarr said. “Conference USA top to bottom is one of the best conferences in the country.
