Charlotte (6-7) dropped the ball in their second meeting with the Georgia Bulldogs (9-5) losing 6-3 Wednesday afternoon.
“Georgia was a lot more aggressive than we were in the game. We made a run from the sixth inning on, but we weren’t able to get that big inning like we’ve been able to in past games,”
Coming off of an 18-hit game Tuesday, March 8, the Charlotte bats didn’t turn on the whole way with the Niners only recording five hits in the Wednesday game against Georgia.
For the second consecutive game, Logan Sherer hit a homerun.
