In light of North Carolina Executive Order No. 195 that eases restrictions on capacity at sporting events, the Charlotte 49ers have adopted the following policies for its athletic events currently in season. The new order permits up to 30% capacity for outdoor venues and up to 15% capacity for large indoor venues. Capacity limits were determined, however, in conjunction with current health restrictions that require six feet of social distancing between seating pods. This allows for various capacity levels at the 49ers venues.
BASEBALL:
Due to the six-foot requirement between seating pods, the capacity at Hayes Stadium has been set at 181 fans.
