OPELIKA, Ala. – In a stiff breeze in round two Monday, Charlotte men's golf posted the fourth-best team round out of the 20 to climb into ninth place at the Tiger Invitational. and led the 49ers with even par 72's during the second round.

Beginning on the back nine, Woodruff drained his first two birdies within five holes to shoot one-under 35. Two bogies and a final birdie on the front leveled him out to 72. Boucher got off to a two-over start with a birdie during his first four holes, but went two-under the rest of the way including back-to-back birdies on six and seven for his 72.
