CLEVELAND – Three Central Michigan wrestlers won their respective weight classes Saturday at the Cleveland State Open.
CMU’s Justin Oliver (149 pounds), C.J. Brucki (174) and Jordan Ellingwood (184) won each won their weight class, going a combined 13-0 on the day. Seven Chippewas placed in the top six in their respective weight classes.
The Chippewas’ Jordan Atienza placed second at 165, while Carter Ballinger (125) was fourth, and Kyle Noonan (141) and Adam Robinson (HWT) each placed fifth.
