The Central Michigan women's basketball regular season schedule was released Tuesday, and the defending Mid-American Conference Champions are going to have their hands full to begin the 2016-17 season.
The Chippewas travel to South Bend to take on Notre Dame (33-2 last season) in a Preseason WNIT game on Nov. 10. Notre Dame made it to the Sweet Sixteen last season in the NCAA Tournament.
"I like the challenge, our players want the challenge," Head Coach Sue Guevara told CMUChippewas.com. "It's been good for us every year because we have the team that wants to attack, wants to compete for championships.
