MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Tinara Moore and Presley Hudson were named co-Most Valuable Players on Friday at the Central Michigan women’s basketball team’s annual banquet, as the program celebrated the 2017-18 season, the best in the 50-year history of the program.
Moore was named to the Associated Press All-America team as well as the Mid-American Conference Player of the Year. She led the Chippewas in scoring at 19.1 points per game and was the Chippewas’ second-leading rebounder at 9.8 boards per game. She finished her career with 42 double-doubles and ranks as CMU’s third all-time leading scorer with 1,676 points.
