CLEVELAND, Ohio - For the Central Michigan women's basketball team, it's about showing up, lacing `em up, and playing ball.
Sort of the way it's been all season for coach Sue Guevara's young squad.
The Chippewas will open the Mid-American Conference Tournament on Wednesday at Quicken Loans Arena against Western Michigan. Tipoff is scheduled for approximately 5 p.m.
The winner advances to a semifinal game on Friday afternoon. The opponent will be either Ball State (21-8) or Eastern Michigan (20-10).
The title game is slated for Saturday at 1 p.
