SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Three Chippewa women got one last opportunity to showcase their talents on the national stage over the weekend at the USA Track & Field Outdoor Junior Championships at Sacramento State University’s Hornet Stadium.
Central Michigan’s Nadia Williams, a long jumper, along with throwers Erin Howard and Marissa Dunn, competed in the three-day meet.
Williams recently completed a standout freshman year for the Chippewas, while Howard and Dunn redshirted in 2017 and will begin their collegiate careers with the 2018 indoor season.
