CLEARWATER, Fla. – The Central Michigan softball team collected 16 total hits in dropping two games at the South Florida Under Armour Invitational on Friday at the Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex.
CMU dropped a 6-5 decision to Wright State then fell to the host Bulls, 4-3.
The Chippewas (5-7) will be back in action on Sunday (9:30 a.m.) against the College of Charleston (10-6).
GAME 1
Wright State scored two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to overcome a 5-4 deficit and hand the Chippewas the loss.
