Single-game tickets for the 2017 Central Michigan football season are on sale for a home schedule that includes three Mid-American Conference teams that went to bowl games last season.
The Chippewas open the season at Kelly/Shorts Stadium on Aug. 31 against Rhode Island in a 7 p.m. game. They face Mid-American Conference rival Miami on Saturday, Sept. 23 and celebrate homecoming Oct. 14 against Toledo in a 3:30 p.m. game. Homecoming festivities will celebrate CMU’s 125th anniversary.
In November, CMU plays host to Eastern Michigan on Nov. 8 and Northern Illinois on Nov. 24. Miami, Toledo and Eastern Michigan all reached bowl games last season, as did CMU.
