The Central Michigan gymnastics team will entertain rival Kent State in a Mid-American Conference dual on Sunday (2 p.m.) at McGuirk Arena.

CMU is 5-1, 3-0 MAC and is ranked 26th nationally with a 195.392 average. The Chippewas are ranked 21st on uneven bars, 29th balance beam, 27th on floor exercise and 34th on vault. The Chippewas’ best score this season was the 196.375 they posted in their season opener against Illinois State.
Kent State is 5-2, 2-1 after beating Western Michigan on Sunday. The Golden Flashes scored 195.
