Former first overall pick in the NFL Draft Eric Fisher will be Central Michigan's 2016 homecoming grand marshal.
Homecoming is Oct. 8, when CMU hosts Ball State. Fisher's team — the Kansas City Chiefs — don't have a game that weekend.
"When I received the call from Coach Bono and he told me I was selected to be grand marshal, I thought it was a huge honor," Fisher said to Central Michigan University's official website.
