Men's basketball blown out on senior night

Senior guard Braylon Rayson puts his head down after technical was called Feb. 28 in McGuirk Arena.

On a night where senior Braylon Rayson played his last game in McGuirk Arena, Eastern Michigan's Ray Lee stole the show.

Lee scored a game-high and an EMU record 50 points as the Eagles topped the Central Michigan men's basketball team, 109-81 on senior night Tuesday.

"I don't have the answer (to what happened)," said head coach Keno Davis. "We looked tired. Physically and mentally tired."

The Chippewas have lost their last six games and are now 16-14 overall and 6-11 in the Mid-American Conference.
