The Central Michigan lacrosse team hits the field for the second time this season this weekend when it travels first to Washington, D.C. to take on American and then to Philadelphia to play LaSalle.
CMU, which opened the season with a 19-7 loss last weekend at Marquette, will play American in Washington, D.C. on Friday (3 p.m.) and then will take on LaSalle on Sunday (noon) in Philadelphia.
It is the first meeting between the Chippewas and either American or LaSalle. The Eagles opened the season last weekend with a 13-6 loss to Richmond; the Explorers are 0-2 after opening the season with an 8-6 loss to Fresno State and a 16-13 loss to Delaware.
