MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan volleyball coach Mike Gawlik has added Matthew DePauw to his staff as an assistant coach.
DePauw spent four years as a volunteer student coach with the women’s program at Clarke University in Iowa and has also coached at Wahlert Catholic High School in Iowa and with VC United, a club program in Loves Park, Ill.
He has also led various camps on both the high school and collegiate levels.
“Matt has an energy in the gym that is contagious,” said Gawlik, who is beginning his third year in charge of the program.
